Kurt Lewin's field theory
- Kurt Lewin (1890) was born in Prussia, now known as Poland.
- Kurt Lewin was a German psychologist who later settled in America and held the post of professor at Stan Ford and Iowa University.
- He developed this theory in 1917 on the basis of PhD research work, which he has considered the environment in life as the basis of learning.
- Many types of difficulties come in the field of a person's life, which he overcomes (solves) and reaches his goal.
- Objectives sometimes have positive and sometimes negative powers.
- He should be inspired to overcome these obstacles, otherwise he will be disappointed.
