 Two Factor Theory of Intelligence


  Spearman propounded the two-factor theory of intelligence in 1904. This theory is also known as the two-factor theory / two-section theory.


Spearman considered another element important for intelligence in addition to the general factor of intelligence, which he named the specific factor, according to him, the general factor is needed by a person in all aspects of life and specific for specific abilities such as art, music, numerical ability, etc. It is necessary to have element.
